That is very interesting! The finished product looks very good. Is that the same way that you straighten stainless? I imagine that it is harder to repair than aluminum, right?

The molasses works and it’s cheap! It does take a while and it will start to stink and get nasty after a while also. I used 1 part molasses to 10 parts water.

I have seen people ask a lot more for cars in way worst shape than yours appears to be. I don’t think that I’ve ever seen one painted in POR 15 though. You shouldn’t have to worry about surface rust for a while!

I have a rotary 9k and I like it. A new Titan is a lot cheaper than a Rotary so that makes me wonder about the quality. To me on a lift quality is VERY important! I will go cheap on tools that want hurt me!!
