The car received an alignment 2 years ago and at the time I had the idler arm replaced. The guys who just replaced my tires are telling me that I need a new idler arm.

2 years ago and after hitting a chuckhole, it caused a bent rim. The wheel repair service offered at an alignment shop was to use a hydraulic press to bend the wheel back to its’ original form.

This weekend, while replacing the heater hoses on my 68 Dart GT, I found this stuffed up in the dash board behind the gauges. Anybody know what this is and if this could help me toward getting my lost body tags?

About a month ago, I had a 340 TA 6 pack motor put in my 68 Dodge Dart GT convertible. So far, I am getting 11 to just over 13 mpg depending how much I am stomping the gas pedal. I am hoping to get 15 mpg on the highway. I'll repost after I go for a long trip.

Welcome. I bought a 68 Dart GT convertible about a year ago with a 1971 360 that has a stout cam. I need to replace the leaky headers that have one of the pipes touching the oil pan. Sounds like you have had a lot of experience with the 360 in your car. Any suggestions?
