I sourced the missing trunk hinge from a member here. Still don't have a hinge cover but that can wait for a bit. In the meantime I 'printed' a temporary hinge cover with my Makerbot 3D printer.

I hope so! Looks like the first thing I need is a left side trunk hinge (and the trim). No luck on ebay or in the 'for sale' forums here. My local salvage yards are pretty slim on anything remotely this old. If anybody has a lead on that hinge I'm all ears.
