Well I called Maryland dmv. The only information they have in their history is the title number and that it’s a Plymouth . I did join a page on Facebook and put out a post. Maybe someone knew the original owner?

It does have the j81 spoiler code which I have taken off, repaired and ready for its Organosol black paint. From what I read, on 1000 some duster came from the assembly line with that option. The rest were a dealer install option??
