I have a 67 Dart for handling. I fitted the borgeson box with the Bergman (BAC) extended pot coupler. Works great. No cutting required. Some say a little pricey but it is a fully engineered, thought out solution.

Try Bergman Autocraft (BAC). Peter is a great guy, can sell you the right box, can sell you a coupler that doesn't need drilling and sell you a kit that does it all. I am very happy with mine.

I got it from a trader on here. Nitropunk I think.

In the end I got a 68 frame idler arm mount welded to my 67 K frame, with 73-76 centerlink etc. Reinforced it with the kit. Have a borgeson box now too.

Many options. Tubular K frame from QA1 will use 68-72 &73-76 idler mount that won't fit your 67 idler. This will mean a new centerlink and pitman and LBJ. 67 K frame is fine. Firm Feel have a great reinforcement kit to weld on. Easy enough. Hot tank frame first.
