74 Dart w/ 440 ran true at 70 mph on I-95 today!

My 600 Eddie, 74 Swinger, will backfire if I try to drive the 440 when it is cold, before aluminum heads heat up. The float levels need to be reset so they don't dribble gas into secondaries. Always use an anti Ethanol fighter in the fuel tank. ddume

I used the Lokar set up with bracket and springs for both throttle and kick down. Stock pieces would not fit, a mod was too much for me.

I will get quote from USPS on shipping, all parts go out: p/s pump, fan and linkage along with both P/S brackets. All or nothing at all (some old song I think) Think it over, stuff works and is free.

I installed headers from Schumaker, coated for 800. Really tight on drivers side. Need to grind boss on steering box, per instructions. Mini starter needed. All plugs installed with 5/8 socket and wrench onto the 440. DD

The brackets are from a conversion kit, mounted to the A body Saginaw pump. I will go photo it.

The brackets are still mounted to the pump. How about 60 for pump and bracket? Throw in 10 for shipping? ddume.

I mounted the P/S pump from the Dart onto a 413,, and the pulley was about 3/4" beyond where it would have matched up. The bracket goes for 40. Along with instruction sheet. It mounts to the R/B just fine.

Sure David, I thought I could use them, but went with R/B PS pump, reduced the 5/8" hose to 3/8". You can also use the return flange from a C Body PS box, and install the Zero size O ring. I bought 5 of them. ddume
