    I put a big block crank pulley on my 340 a few months ago. I hole was off about 1/16 of a inch. I had to oblong the hole but it works fine.

    I’m using it in a 1973 stock compression 360. Smooth idle and pulls 19 inches of vacuum. I also have 3:55 gears. No complaints.

    68 GTS 340 (4-spd) RADIATOR (NEW REPLACEMENT??)

    I paid $200.00 for a new one at Advance Auto 5 years ago. It was a good match with the origional in my 1973 Cuda. The price has probably gone up but might see what they have.

    Any advice on putting the A-833 in?

    Cut the head off of two long bolts and wind them into the top bell housing bolt holes where the transmission bolts would be. Slide the transmission in with a jack an those two bolts to to hold and guide it. Works for me working alone.
