Yeah, the bearing is fine, I was concerned about the insulator. After rebuilding the column, I found that there is no issue. Everything seems ok, so I'm gonna go with it. Thanks for the input guys, I feel better about using what I have.

Parts for the column are here, everything is repainted and ready for rebuild. If only I hadn't torn the bearing insulator.

What about the old original plates that came with your car, can they be put back in service and if so for how much?

Currently running magnum top end on LA 360 stroker block. Would your set up work for me if I only wanted to run a/c, no power steering? If so, definitely interested in a low buck alternate.
