I have a shroud for a Champion 22in Radiator and 2 10 inch fans. I never mounted the shroud as it didn't work for my car. The fans work not sure of CFM. I am located in Boise, ID and I am looking for $125.00 OBO

For those running the 452 heads which spark plugs are you using. Seems like these heads should take a tapered plug. Regular plug seem to back out.

It has also been noted on other threads online that the champion radiator caps hold way to much pressure and are junk. Have you replaced the radiator cap?

So the test came back negative for the exhaust gas in the coolant.

Gonna buy a test kit from NAPA tomorrow

I guess I am just thinking that a bad head gasket caused all of this. Because I got the car this way and am trying to trace back how all this happened. Trying to get ahold of the old owner for a better idea. I am confused also.

But it does not leak cold. What caused it to spring. Looked like it has leaked at this spot before but I have never got it to do so until last night.

So I have not owned this car long. 69 Plymouth Valiant 440, 727. Champion radiator and cap. When I got it it had no exhaust so I put flowmasters with full 2 1/2 pipes all the way back. Then that is when the problems start to creep in. Runs hot!!! 230 and it might go more but I shut it down...

Seems to be a kit on ebay for this and the wires for 120. Just wondering if this set up could benefit from an upgrade of the Coil and Wires?

So the ballast resistor lives inside that chrome housing?

Yeah I got it for less. I also gave him an old Jeep I had as partial trade. He also delivered it to me here in Idaho. I think the deal was fair. Alot of work already done.
