well the 67-69 barracuda ones have a hazard switch hole in the upper left of dash. Later they moved the hazard switch location elsewhere , so there is no hole there anymore. I believe that would be 70-71

Actually both yanked wires look like the to and from of the ammeter circuit, black and red. If you bypass its a non issue. Maybe someone did that at one point.
