    A bit of a long shot but I had a problem like this for a while, turns out my lower shock mount bolt was loose on the passenger side, I was able to replicate the noise to a lesser extent by grabbing the shock and twisting it. Might be worth checking out if the above solutions don't get you taken...

    Fuel line running too close to the exhaust and boiling your gas after things start to get warmed up? Could be an almost plugged fuel filter as well, what all have you looked into?

    Thought I'd toss this up here because I'm loving the noise the new exhaust makes and I thought you guys would too. The new set up is 2.25" pipe from the manifold back headed into a turbo style muffler and then the same 2.25" pipe out the back check it out and let me know what you guys think!
