I'm in Alberta and have a complete running 225 out of my 69 Valiant. Also have the Pertonix #1361A electronic ignition for a slant brand new if you are interested.

I cut mine back but not quite that far, maybe an inch. Doesn't really help anything, not worth the effort.

Trunk extensions from a Duster are really close. That is what I ordered for my 69.

Mine is well past stock parts and I only run it to 6100.

I bought for my Valiant a couple years ago complete blades and took the rubbers out of them and they slid right in.

I run the summit cast pan and the pan gasket from Dodge. The gasket is awesome for not leaking and is reusable.

I run almost .600 lift with the stock lifters. I just pulled them apart gave them a good cleaning and let them soak in oil. Never had an issue and they have been in the engine for 10+ years.

I have one that is in pretty good shape. Came out of my 69 Valiant, I think they are the same. Part number on the rear of the housing is 2930755. Reflector is about 4-1/16" x 1-3/16". I have yet to figure out how to put pics on this site.

Back in the 90s had one on my Swinger came apart in the burnout box and went through the hood. Don't use them.

I got mine off a 95 van with a 360 I think it was. Chrysler still sold them new, that was a few years ago. If that doesn't work for you I think I still have one somewhere.

Like I had said earlier, I went with manual valvebody and then wired in two switches for the lockup and OD. I can't remember where I found the info, it was a long time ago but I'm thinking it was on a diesel site because they were doing the same thing with the 48RE transmissions.
