    We looked today. it looks like the idler arm is too short? it causes the idler arm to hit the exhaust like this: the idler arm is a MOOG K7086, and is about 1 1/2 year old.

    i did find that the ''fingers'' of the pad, are a little wider than the caliper ''slides'' that they ride upon, but i greased this with copper grease.. should i hammer the fingers so they fit tight on the pad?
