Hi all. Got a 70 Dart I'm getting ready to replace the steering box in. Narrowed it down to Firm Feel and the Borgeson drop in box. What's everyones experiences with these two?

Anyways don't want smogger heads. Lol Think I'm gonna go with the recommendations of rebuilding the stocks

Later heads have a port that goes back through the intake. The exhaust doesn't just magically get back into the intake.

Neat that they have those and great price!!! However no way am I putting a set of heads with EGR ports on that car!!! LOL

It has duals on it. I pulled the heads when I got the car just to see. I know one of the exhaust valves is starting to recede. Stock heads are 60cc replacement Indy's I'm looking at are 62cc with 202 valves.

Hey all! Looking for a P/S pump pulley for a 1970 Dart 318 non a/c car with a federal pump.

Ok so Ive insulated the lines. Gonna see what happens. Buddy of mine has a 68 340 Formula S that does the same thing even worse so I've insulated those too. His is the only car that has been tested with the insulation and so far it's helped some but fuel is still vaporizing in the lines up to...

Sorry not air pocket, vapor. I think its just boiling all the way up the line to the carb.

Yep tank is all factory and vented. So maybe that's my problem is the air pocket is getting stuck and stopping flow. Ill give it a shot

Yep exactly. But at least your's recovers. Mine empties and stays there. As soon as you throttle up a bit for a few seconds it starts to fill, so I know the pump is fine.

Ok this may be a foolish question but how does the spare tire hold down stud hook on the floor of a 1970 Dart?

It has an S and a C on it. Its the bolt that goes on the driveshaft tunnel. Holds 3 belts. One for the passenger lap latch, one for the passenger shoulder belt latch, and one for the half of the center section.
