I had a Tempest with a 400 in it. The water pump has a stamped sheet metal plate in it. That plate came loose in the one I had and sounded exactly like that. Í know you ran it without belts but the noise I heard in the video is what my Tempest sounded like with that loose plate. Jerry

My seats came with adjusters and I bought their universal mounts and bent them to fit my car. Wasn't a bad job at all. They do sell mounts that are designed for some cars but mine wasn't one of them.

I put scat procar buckets in my 66 Belvedere. They are well made and comfortable. The front back track adjustment and the tilt adjustment both work smoothly. After 2 1/2 years of use, I have nothing bad to say about the model I bought. Jerry

Bought my 2012 Jeep Liberty in Feb 2013 with 5k on it. Still running the original battery although it is tired. Tested it with my hydrometer in March and 4 cells were 85% and the other 2 were 90%. I will change it before winter and probably get a Deka at a local dealer.

Have you tried locking out the secondaries to see how it behaves on the primary side only? A BBC should run very well at 70+ on primary only. If it runs well on the primaries only your problem will be easier to diagnose. As others have said it may need a known good carb because commercially...
