Yes i know that. I will wait 2 weeks for the springs to settle a bit. And if i will have vibration i will measure the trans angle against the pinion angle.

Thanks to all, that helps me. I had no vibrations before, but never measured the angle. So it may be OK.

Other opinions?

with the calculator of toolmanmike its ok to put an 275 on a 7.5 to 9.5 rim.

Hello I put new Espo +2 springs on my Demon. That changed the rake of course. Does that change my pinion angle? Do i need to measure the angle? Thanks, Etor

Hello Is it save to put a 275/60/15 tyre on 8x15 steelies? I ask, because when i look at the charts of the tyre sellers, there is the widest tyre 245 for a 8“ rim. On the other side I‘ve seen here some members with 275 on 8“ rims. What do you think? Thanks, Etor

OK, it looks like there are two FABO fractions about the possible stall with a new converter for a mostly stock LA 318, as you've seen in this thread. Now i have some news from different converter companys. Something must have change over the past 30 years in converter technics as others already...

Willkommen. Mein Demon 318 hatte original single exhaust. Hatte kein problem mit double exhaust. War beim TCS. Sie hatten keine Ahnung vom Auto. Typenschein X.

I gave all the info about my car to PTC, Turboaction, and Edge Converters before i started this thread. Only PTC answered my Email. I started this thread because i wanted some info about drilling or not driling LA318 flexplates. Turboaction seems interesting because they have converters in 5/16...

Turbo Action Racing and Performance - Racing shifters, transmissions, converters, valve bodies, cheetah e-shift! Here they have 2500 stall converters for 318s with A904. What do you think?
