My demon has a 2004 ram computer that was tuned by B & G.With the custom tune he turned off the down stream o2 snesors . Im running 3.55 gear and a stock 833 4 speed with no over drive and a 27" tall tire. On a 300 mile trip doing 70-75 mph i averaged 19.0 mpg.

If your using a 6.1 motor you will need the 2009 or newer 5.7 LX or Jeep manifolds so they will match the ports on the 6.1 head. IF your using a 5.7 you can use the 2008 and older lx or jeep manifolds. I have used the jeep manifolds on B and e body's but never on a A body. The should fit no...

I have drive by wire on mine and have no problems with a flat spot. Only thing is if you rev it in neutral it takes a second to go back down to idle.

Im using a stock 2004 computer that has been reflashed by B & G in Warren Mi. They turned off the rear o2's ,egr valve, up the rev limiter and the idle a 100 rpms.

I had to cut the outer shell of the steering column and move the plastic bushing up about 1" to clear the cyl head. Ya my motor doesnt move a bit. I only have about 1/4" from my alt to the frame rail and it has never touched. Here is a pic looking thru the fire wall.

Are you using the Center Force Pressure Plate with all the weights on it? I have used that in two hemi swaps and both times the cars have had bad vibrations. Looking great. On mine i used the TTI mounts . No problem with the passenger inner fender and the valve cover. I can take off the valve cover with everything in place. The only difference might be that i have the early 6.1 valve covers that are alumn.

On mine I raised the compressor up. I basically took the compressor and mounted the bottom hole of the compressor in the top hole of the timing chain cover and added a custom bracket to the motor mount and to the front. Here are a few pics. Not the best but you can make it out.

Im using a 833 4 speed. My wire harness is from HOTWIRE and i have a ebay computer with a B & G flash.

I had to make a new bracket for my A/C. I raised it up about 4" to get it to clear. the pics not the best but you can see the bracket.

Yes all stock wheel wells no spacers on the front and a B Body rear end in the rear.
