No part #55914. For early a body. Just want the measurement from hellwig seems like they’re holding back from giving me that info.

I’ve got an email into hellwig. Waiting on them. The brother has 65 b body and his sway bar endlinks are just about vertical. I’m thinking this is the wrong bar the end link holes are 44” apart center to center. I can’t get the nuts on the endlinks without a floor Jack.

Thought about a shorter engine mount pad. But the pipe will run into the drag link. It already rubs the drag link. So another issue to resolve.

I just loosened my headers. Yup the torsion bar went right in. Someone mention the heads might be at a slightly different angle. Seems to be. I emailed Petronix guys says he had trouble getting touch with an engineer. That was last Friday.

I’ve got the Hex head between the tubes. The problem is getting it set into the receiver on the LCA. Pipe is still in the way. I should have said this first. New engine, new mounts, new everything haha. They are the slip joint ones. Passenger side zero issues. Torsion bar slid right in between the headers.

Torsion bar is about 3/8” away from center. Hitting one of the pipes. Engine is all the way towards the passenger side. I will probably try and place a quality dent in the pipe. Haha

Wondering if anybody has installed a set of Doug’s headers D450 on an early a body? And if you’ve ran into any issue with the drivers side? I can’t get the torsion bar back in place. Thanks

Rear was built by a guy in Michigan. I just added the brake lines.

I’m waiting on 15” x 6” rims. BBP then I’ll do the brakes.

15” 4” backspace large bolt pattern and they just fit!

Just got my tires and rims mounted. 15” rims 235 70 size tires.
