No brainer! Just swapped in a rebuilt 5.9 into my Duster, all the accessories from an LA swap over, get either a Magnum intake or drill the heads for LA intake, or new Iron Rams which is what I did from Hughes so I could re-use my Eddy Air Gap. Just make sure you use a neutral balanced convertor...

Ran this in the Duster and was an excellent cam, motor was bone stock late '70's 360 out of a pickup with an Air Gap and Holley 750 and it ripped!. Swapped motor out for rebuilt 5.9 Magnum and saved the cam out of the old LA 360. Maybe 300 street miles on it. Real nice shape. No lifters...

Just got this going this fall with ironside (Andre) here on the board here in Kalamazoo. 5.9 Mag out of a Ram for $300. Rebuilt it stock bore block and stock rotating assembly. Hughes roller, and Iron Ram heads. Re-used my LA Eddy air-gap and 750dp. Runs really really strong. No dyno tests but...

Looking for a nice black wheel, doesn't have to be perfect but a nice driver quality wheel not all full of cracks would be nice! It's for s '70 but I'd be ok with 70-72 probably! Thanks, PM me peeps!

Here's a pic of the cam card, also bumping comp up to ~9.5:1 range but still pump gas compatible! Hope to get this thing in the 400hp range with comparable torque and solid in the 12's and still a reliable street car.

Your reman would be fine, send it to Don @ FBO with all your specs and have him curve and phase it for ya. Just may have to deal with him razzing you for buying the fire core box instead of his, but would be cheaper and probably more accurate than shelling out the $ for the Firecore dizzy
