Yea I did a few weeks ago and it was about 130 each cylinder. When I did the valve adjustment did .01 and .02 intake and exhaust. Fully warmed up, valve cover off that’s how I did the adjustment. Did make it run a little smoother. Thanks for the response

Regular fuel. Just never seen bubbles like that in a filter

Idle is rough really no matter where I set the rpm. Smooths out when I give it some gas though

Closing the choke does not help it and makes it worse. In fact, when it’s idling rough, opening the choke helps it much more

No vacuums leaks. Has good power. Just at idle it runs a little rough. It gets better as it warms up but once warm it still shakes some. It’s pretty bad when it’s cold and will spit some black smoke before the choke opens up but once open all the way, still a little rough

Did a few things yesterday. Put in new ngk plugs and removed the washer. Old plugs were autolite 66 with the washers on. New cap and rotor. Pulled distributor and moved the hold down plate to give more adjustment to the timing. It was at 2 degrees atdc and now it’s at 10 btdc. Runs really well...

Yea that’s no problem. I’ve rebuilt many carbs and engines before. I know this one has the integrated needle and seat so I’m not sure about trying to bandaid it. A carb body swap would probably be best. So you have one? Send me a message if you want I would appreciate that
