I used a kit from Dr. Diff. Pretty easy to do. The way I look at it is that stopping is more important than going; well worth the money.

Whoa .... it was an eighth of an inch of adjustment! I swapped from drum to discs which required a different master cylinder; which required an adapter. So, yeah, solved forever.

Of course, I have 10" drums! Why should this be easy!? Hahahaaa! Okay thanks. I thought that was all that was missing, but I thought a shout out to the knowledge base wouldn't hurt.

I just had the same thing happen after replacing all front brakes, master cylinder, along with all hard and soft lines. I just found the brake light switch bracket and bent/pushed it towards the brake pedal lever. Problem solved

Two 15x7" Cragar S/S rims with 205/65/15 tires. MOPAR 5x4" SMALL BOLT PATTERN. Tires and rims have approximately 2000 miles on them. Comes with 7/16x20 lug nuts. Local pickup only. Will not ship. $300. Items are in Port St. Lucie, FL, 34987.

Just an update. Got the Dr. Diff 11.75" disc kit installed. Almost too easy. Had to get new rims with a 5x4.5" bolt pattern. Only bad part was the discovery that all the hard lines were rusted crap. Just ordered the OEM steel front and rear line kits from Dr. Diff.

Thanks to all that replied. After weighing options, I realized that the larger brakes were only $155 more, so that's what I ordered. Better safe than sorry.

Yeah, my problems at the strip won't be with the car; it's been awhile since I've driven there and some things don't get better with age. I'll be first round fodder for awhile.

Okay thanks. I have 10x1.75" drum rears for now, will upgrade them to discs later. Just REALLY need to get rid of these front drums!!

Front rims will be 15x6" Cragar S/S's with 3.25" backspacing.

15" rims. I was thinking the same thing that bigger is better, but how big is too big for my application? I mean, ANTHING is better than the manual drums that are on there now. Some guys will tell me 13" Wilwoods or Brembos are the way to go, and other will say that drums are okay. Just looking...
