I use Ferrea in a set of heavily ported j heads. I also wanted to use these for a set of cnc'd speedmasters, but the delivery times are very long. That's why switched to Manley and also takes a long time because they put the wrong damn valves in the box!

For me also 255 60 15. But clearance differences between radials and modern tires is big in my case. The radials have a lot more bulging...It seems that the modern tires are more square and give a little bit more clearance.

The wheels in my avatar are the 14x8j wheels with 3.5backspace. These don't fit at all ... only with hijackers. I replaced the axles to 5x4.5 and ordered the summit wheels after a lot of measuring.

Yes, thats what i did. I measured them side by side with cop wheels that were 8j. These are 1.5J wider than advertised. The wheel itself even says 8J:realcrazy:

Vision wheels from summit. 8j 4.25bs in the back with a 255/60/15 and a 7j 4.25bs in the front with a 215/65/15. I've got the mopar ss springs. Had to massage the rear fender lip a little..:)

Before i had these 8j 14x4 wheels with 3.5bs in the rear. The fronts are 6j 14x4. I am now converted to 5x4.5 front and back.

Thanks Fred. I just have to take a guess....between 400 and 500hp. Its got 185 psi cranking pressure, steady temps, no detonation. The combination is awesome. Especially with the a&a trans converter that flashes to 4k.

I managed to install 3 inch mandrel bend from front to back. Only needed some little hammering on the passengerside tailpipe. I am running ss springs with stock location. I still need to install the relocation kit but i see no probs. I used the 3 inch kit from Jegs.
