Just sold the car sorry

Built a home made run stand/engine cradle. You can take the engine portion loose from the cart its riding on. Basically only have about 100 bucks in it and that was gauges and wiring and one piece of square stock steel. Snapper riding mower tank is a bit too small and runs out quickly.

The best valve cover gaskets I have used are a little pricey but 0 leaks on 3 sets on 3 engines.. Moroso Permalign light skim of ultra grey on each side no more leaks. Moroso Perm-Align Valve Cover Gaskets 93050 318 version. B/RB 361--- 440 Moroso Perm-Align Valve Cover Gaskets 93055

If the crank says 440 on it its more than likely a cast crank.

Here is my RV 440 build thread on the B-Body site..My engine was a 49k motorhome 440 like yours its a 75 block. Maybe this will help Lots of info for you. Picked up a low mile 440 today.

Took some more pictures cleared out the trunk so you can see the pan. Smallish hole near the center of the spare tire well. And a few pictures of the parts that came out of the trunk.

If anyone wants more specific pictures let me know.

I have access to a couple Barracuda doors.. Will the interior door parts work in this car? LIke regulators vent windows locks and what not.. They are either 67,68 or 69 doors.

Here are the tags you are correct the build date was 11/71 not 11/72 as I was thinking. What rear end is this it has no drain plug in the back which has me a little confused.

The build sheet was not behind the back seat. Anywhere else they put them in the old a bodies? Over gas tank would be a guess but that’s not in the car. Possibly the front seat bottom?

I will check the trunk lip and the core support to verify that the body matches the dash.. I think it may be possible that the rear seat back has never been removed.. It may contain the build sheet. I hope so. Trunk Lip Vin on dash Core support And a few other pictures to show the door...

I took the ballast resistor out of the loop next to the coil and it fired up. So I don’t need to change it over to electronic now.
