Stop in for a cup of coffee

I found that with a roll up tonneau cover, you can just pop the tent poles and it will all collapse in the bed of the truck. Then roll tonneau cover down to keep everything from flying away. easy peasy

I talked myself out of the converter. I don't really have the money, the Demon works pretty well for what I use it for, and to spend money I don't really have the Charger needs it.

Stop in for a cup of coffee

Yes, many times. I have one of the tents that goes in the bed of the truck. Works great, especially if it rains as you are up off the ground. Marie used to just use the topper on her truck, open the sliding windows.

So, with having to pull the engine out of the Demon to fix the oil pan leak, it sure would be convenient timing to put a better converter in it. If it wasn't so damn expensive! I want to, but know I shouldn't. Grrrr

It is a full, true family tartan from my Great Grandmother's side. 9yrds of wool. This wind is the issue. I got so cold yesterday cleaning the garage and being outside, hate to purposely set myself up for a rough day again.

So it took all day, but garage is clean for 2 cars and working space. Plan is to change the 3.91 for 3.23 again and pull the motor to fix the oil pan leak. Likely other smalls too. Also got the oil pan changed on the 383, mounted the scatter shield/trans and put in the car for the first time.

Wow, nothing appears bitched there. Leads me back to chassis issue. I know in a chassis car, it would likely be a 4link adjustment. Remind us what suspension front and rear please

That's a lucky thing. Grilling is second to you guys being safe. Unless you can watch the tornado in the distance while grilling, then that would be cool

I just ordered a Extra Cheesy Superoni pizza pie from Rocky Rococo's in town. Will be done by the time I get out of work. Woohoo!

is there a chance the outer bearing race spun in the housing? that would leave the bearing looking good, but also give you the metal sludge

    Figured id share my garbage..

any good/close up pics of the axle splines and inside the spool? Could it be chassis related? It went hard left, IIRC. Could it have unloaded the left rear tire?

Unless you are like John @Sublime one and should stay from the caffeine, then tea or something as a favor to all around you. Wealth of knowledge here and more jibberish and shenanigans that you can shake a stick at

    Figured id share my garbage..

I would think a slight bend or twist in an axle shaft could make it turn under power. Especially with a spool, as no forgiveness side to side. Good all was safe. Time to replace some parts and upgrade others

Stop in for a cup of coffee

Good morning everyone. Friday for me. 2 meetings to start the day, 7-10. Then another later that needs prep. Found my engine problem, can't believe how much oil gets pumped out of an engine at 5500 in 30 min when the cam cover breather system is jacked up.
