    Poll - How far away from home do you drive your classic?

    1300 mile road trip last summer. then 2-4hr trips 2-3 times a week till sleep time in October. 12 deg today but the roads are to salty yet a couple of good rain falls and good to go. Can't wait.

    Thanks for your help knowing what wires go were will definitely save time. Definitely will clean and lube the cable. Where did you get the sockets and bulbs from and is electrical contact cleaner ok to use on the dash circuit board.:thankyou:

    Well it might have been PURPLE HAZE i couldn't really tell as i was on the HWY and none when i stopped just ruff idle. No under breather cap was just plain ole oil no gunk. Checked the rad and no difference with the water level either. I seem to have read somewhere that when ring gaps line up...

    Love the Demon great colour mine was brown. I also had a 78 Aspen with a 68 340 motor equipped with tunnel ram with 2 holly carbs loved that car but not old enough to realize the value of what i had drove it recklessly.
