You should have very little reaction with people on ebay. It's not the social site it use to be. Just play by the rules and don't post anything in comments that they can use against you. If they don't seem reasonable, make them send the item back to you before you compensate them.

Yes car is definitely a CA car and does have the CAP. I thought that I've seen CA Commando engines with CAP and chrome air cleaners though. I haven't been able to find where this exact black air cleaner was used on big block cars. That doesn't mean it hasn't but I haven't seen that.

Yeah, it didn't look like they were ever switched but that can't be said for sure. The fact that the 10 inch weren't on the rear leads me to believe what you suggested.

My car was built July 18. That was the 3rd week of July according to the calendar. I've heard that they started to switch around the 3rd week.

It just looked like the 9 inch were on there from the beginning. I've heard that some might have switched brakes because they didn't like the discs, as they were fairly new, but I doubt they would have switched the rear 10 inch for 9s.

Did you have the rubber plugs on the seat studs or did you find them under the carpet ? If they were on the seat studs I'm thinking they may have suppose to bet here.

Yeah, air cleaner could have been swapped out. Car just seems like it went down the line and they put on whatever they had. I'll try to get pics of the rubber plugs and of the car. Car is down to a body and was ready to paint before I filled up the shop. Ha.
