Restoring my 71 front split bench. Whats the source for the proper push nut retainers for the seat shafts. I suppose any 3/8 i.d. will work. Somewhere in its life someone drilled a hole for a tiny nail on one side.

Does it look like you will be able to reinstall them? I thought it might have to move forward. Did you see any clips or something like that in the back of the panel? I'll try to rough it out of there but there has to be an easier way. Still looking for any documentation on those parts or a diagram.

In order to finish off my new package tray I have to remove the side rear window interior sheet metal pieces to get the tray in. Also to install the headliner. All the screrws are out and it won't budge. Do you have to slide it forward to remove?

Ok great i see these availiable at Classic. Last question. Will these be the correct height to get over the bench seat outer hump? Or do they have to be raised up to clear? The sliders I have are not offset so what car are those for?

Thx for the reply. So a set of A body tracks will line up with the dimples on the floorpan and fit the 14 3/4 distance on the ebody seat frame? As the dimples are only 12" apart.

Have 73 Challenger bucket seat set. Installing in my 71 Demon split bench. Mounting holes on seat are 14-3/4" apart. Dimples on floorpan are 1 foot apart. From Bench seat outside holes to inner dimple is 14 3/4". So in theory all i need is a slider that is as high as the bench seat hump on the...
