I have a 72 Dart auto with column shift. My question is the plastic dowels seem to be intact, but The ends are broken. Doesn't slide or flex. Should I worry about it? As long the shaft can collapse it's not really changing the safety aspect. Am I missing something? Thanks

Thanks to everyone. I double checked everything and decided to try a new distributor pick up. Started right up. Hopefully there won't be any other gremlins for awhile.

When I checked voltage at coil when cranking it was battery voltage, dropped down when in "run" position.

I checked power at ECM. Looked good there. Coil + was good as well. I'll recheck tap tap test.

Tried bypassing ballast...didnt change anything.

No spark coil or plug Plenty of fuel in carb It was running the other day and just stopped, no sputtering or popping.

New 5.9 magnum.

I know alot of these get posted but here it goes... Car started right up and ran fine for about 5 minutes and then just stopped. Engine will crank, but will occasionally try to start when I return key to run. I am getting power to coil when cranking and when in the run position. I have checked...

There is two. I don't see any another wire that would connect to the light blue wire. Where would be good location to tie it in? Sorry , I don't have any wiring to go off of and it doesn't seem to match the wiring schematics I have.

I'm trying to wire my alternator on a Magnum swap. The alternator is 99 model. My question is the light blue wire off the alternator...where does it go? Thanks for your help

Looking for motor mount Brackets for 72 Dart with a 360, 318 will work too. Converting from original 318 to 360.
