Are the '67, '68, and '69 Dart quarter panels interchangeable except for the side marker light?

It's time to start using my vertical mill and I need some formal guidance. What book(s) would anyone recommend for a novice just starting out to be able to use a mill without destroying it or something else? I am old school and books are better for me than videos (usually).

Okay, I have a copy of the 1969 engine assembly manual and the 1969 parts book. If I am reading everything correctly, my 383 GTS should use the Federal pump without an oil cooler. Is this correct? Thanks.

Does anyone have a picture of what the retainers for the sill chrome on a 1969 GTS looks like? The ends of the molding seem to use a trim screw but the ones in the middle, I have no clue.
