Driver side valve cover has a push rod that ain’t movin at all I’m assuming this is what is giving me my knock. The engine does not knock at all on idle. Only when it give it brief idle

I took the valve cover off and one of my pushrods isn’t moving I’m assuming that’s the problem

Okay guys I took the valve cover off and there’s a bent push rod I’m assuming because one of the lifters isn’t moving at all. What’s the recommendations? Should I just change 1 or all of them it’s on the driver side head
