    Room for a Clutch-Fan in a '65?

Why would you Switch to a Clutch Fan if you had Heat Issues? A solid fan is 100% all the time and a clutch type is maybe 85% at Full grab? I don't have any heating issues... I do just want that 15hp back. So, I'm gonna make it work.

    Room for a Clutch-Fan in a '65?

I wasn't even thinking of the Installed Thickness of the Head Gasket but rather the Hole Size. I have a 360 Head Gasket with a 4.060 Hole (I think) I could not find a Proper Gasket with my small 3.625 Hole. This is currently my Biggest loss...

    Room for a Clutch-Fan in a '65?

Very Useful, Indeed. Thank You Soo very much for your time. I've had my eye on a 3.23 SureGrip Maybe I'll find some Gears for that. I need Head Gaskets that actually fit as well. I have a Fel Pro 360 Gasket in there that is Killing my Compression.

    Room for a Clutch-Fan in a '65?

Wow! Thanks AJ! I've not considered all of these numbers before. Yes, Stock, but Refreshed 2bbl Engine. I grabbed a Pic of my Cam Card and I had a Single Point Distrib built and curved for a Stock 273 by Halifax Hops.

    Room for a Clutch-Fan in a '65?

It's a 4-Speed car with the 3.09 Gearset, But it has a 2.94 Open rear and it takes a little while to get it to the "Happy Place" I just swapped the BBD for a 500cfm Carter and I'm Much, Much Happier. I just thought it might spin-up a lil faster with a Clutch Fan in there... It's a 2bbl Engine...

    Room for a Clutch-Fan in a '65?

I just upgraded the lil barracuda to a 4-Bbl, and of course I want jus' a little more. Do I have room for a Clutch-Fan in here? I swapped a 2 inch Fan Spacer for a 1 inch Spacer when I put the Chinesium Radiator in a couple years ago. I have a Fixed Steel Fan in there. Is that Robbing some of my...

They said it wouldn't work, you did it anyway. How did that work out for you?

When I found the Barracuda I said I could sell my Harley ('09 XR1200) to buy the car and get started on it... Everyone said "Noooooooo, Don't Do That!" I did it anyway. I'm Much Happier now with my '65 than I ever was with that "Two-Year-Only" Harley Sport Bike. SportBike guy's didn't like it...
