Hello I am looking to upgrade my rear end to the 8 3/4 was thinking of shortening a different body rear end and using a big bolt pattern. Will the brake assembly from a small bolt pattern work with the big bolt pattern axles or would I need to buy new brake assembly?

Yea I would think the frame would be the same, found a correct bench seat with center arm rest but it was more pricey and would have to pay for the shipping. Found this one today for a cheap price and it looks fairly solid gonna give it a try. Thanks!

Hello all my 69 Barracuda fastback is missing seats and I believe it was a bench seat car it only has 4 holes and I believe the bucket seat was 8. Would this seat fit into the car it is supposedly from a 69 Dart.

Okay this finally makes sense for me after seeing a lot of other conflicting information. Going to try and save the distribution block but use new hard lines and purchase an adjustable prop valve for the rear brakes. Thanks for the replies.

Yes the lines from Right stuff are just the basic option they are not ss. Might your remember from where you ordered that proportioning valve.

Yes it seems that the combo valve is not what I need and have to switch.

Rebuilding the front suspension on my 69 Barracuda and was able to remove the old bushings as well as the pin/bolt that takes the nut on the k member. What is the method for reinstalling the pin into the bushing or should the bushing be pressed in before the pin is pressed in. Thanks in advance.

Hell yea boys, long 2x4 and some elbow grease was able to slide it out.

Another thing to mention is that the ground the car is jacked on is not Flat, would this create any issue. Car is on jack stands and the jacks is under as well.

I used a rag and some locking grips and she slid out this side came out a bit but hasn’t moved. If i am not able to remove and I cut the torsion bar would i be able to reuse the LCA.
