Wrong choice for my 76 Duster's radiator replacement?

Nice man, this is a 360, so I'm hoping the additional size will help cool that bad boy. I bet that 340 is sweet

Wrong choice for my 76 Duster's radiator replacement?

So, it ended up fitting, but pretty tightly and I had trouble getting the shroud back on. It sounds like quite a few just skip on the shroud, so I'm gonna try it for now. Thanks for providing your experience with it man.

Wrong choice for my 76 Duster's radiator replacement?

Hey again everyone, This is my first time working with a radiator in anything, and my poor ole Dusty's stock one was rusted out in spots and leaking like crazy. I'll get pics and upload later. Question is, did I make a bad choice on my replacement? The link below is what I ended up ordering...

    Replaced My Super Nasty Carpet

Every time I sat in my 76 Duster, it smelled like I was inhaling the essence of a man from the 70's. Replacing this rancid carpet has been my top interior priority for a while now, and seeing it in just about brings a tear to my eye. Found plenty of rust holes in the floor pan, but certainly not...

Will these wheels work for my 76 Duster?

Hey guys! I'm looking to get some new wheels for my Duster soon, and I've never bought wheels before. lol Any advice? I've attached pics of my current setup, and what I'm looking to upgrade to. It seems like I can go up to 15's, based on threads. 4.5 bolt pattern, 3.5 backspace, and 5 lug...

My First A Body Cluster Restore

Woah, that still looks really good man. I've found it never reaches a point the paint won't come off. This paint is a suuuuper cheap and easy way to get a good chrome look, but at the cost you have to avoid touching it. lol Mine seems able to handle being lightly touched, and wiped gently with a...

My First A Body Cluster Restore

Do you have the original AM radio for it? It seems that's a pretty hard to find thing these days. lol Unfortunately someone cut mine up to get a new player in there, so I'm just going to roll with it. Seeing it all together is making pretty excited. lol

Mopar A Body 73-74 Non Rallye Dash Overlay Sticker 3Pc STYLE 2 - WALNUT Woodgrain I used this fella here. You have to paint the edges a dark brown on your cluster, because it's not usually a perfect fit, the instructions say. Overall perfect product though

My First A Body Cluster Restore

Thank you all for the tips and pointers you shared with me a while back. I feel like my first try went decently well! Here are some pics of how it went: Before: After: Certainly not perfect, but I'm happy with it. Total cost was about 55 bucks or so for some Rustoleum chrome paint, satin...

    DASH GAUGE BEZEL RESTORE

So I'm still working on mine, but I'm having similar results so far. If you give it a few good coats of the chrome spray paint (same as pictured above) it will look really good for $3.96. Only negative is that you have to try not to rough it up. After a few days of drying, it seemed capable of...

Any Advice on Chrome Spray Paint?

I'm in the process of cheaply restoring this Duster instrument cluster, and was initially super pleased with how Rustoleum chrome spray paint turned out. Then I touched it. All over the net I now see this stuff comes off super easy. Any pointers from folks that have tried it?

    Making progress on my Demon

How in the heck did you get that Chrome? I'm working on restoring a Duster dash, and the best I've found so far is Chrome spray paint. Seems like re-chroming or buying a better cluster are the only options.

Starting on a 1974 Plymouth Duster

My brother is actually doing that full teardown and rebuild of the 360 that's pictured. He's the motor master, for sure. I can do most maintenance, but have nowhere near the skills needed for that yet. lol I'm hoping to learn the art of rebuilding carbs on this project. I'm changing the cluster...

Starting on a 1974 Plymouth Duster

It's funny man, I do really like the purple that's on there. I believe the guy before me did it with rattle cans, and it turned out pretty impressive. Reminds me of the new Hell Raisin color Dodge does. Plum crazy is just my absolute favorite color.....we'll see how I feel once I actually make...

Starting on a 1974 Plymouth Duster

Going for the cheapest, but best looking restoration I can get with this 1974 Plymouth Duster. The end goal is plum crazy on the exterior, and white/black interior. The instrument cluster is where I'm starting, and I'm replacing it with one out of my brother's high school Duster. Super excited...
