I wouldn't remove the trim / mouldings. They do help to prevent dings in a parking lot.

If the AX15 is from a Dakota, the shifter will come up close to the torsion bar crossmember area in the transmission tunnel; not real close to the dashboard.

Guess it depends on where you live and the ambient air temperature. It's always hot in SoFlo, so we run the external transmission cooler after the radiator transmission cooler for maximum cooling. If we ran to the external cooler first, it would cool the tranny fluid, and then the radiator...

Seems it would be more ergonomically friendly if the ash trays were mounted towards the front, but if I have two opposites, I can switch them around.

The blue one furthest to the left, beside the tape measure, so when mounted on the passenger front door, the ash tray is to the back. Not sure if the rearward position is the OEM positioning of the ash tray, but that's the orientation of it on the driver's door.

Any pics available? How much do you want for it?

Certainly hope your machine shop is better than the one I used in Davie, Florida, that had a name derived from Australia. Spent nearly $3000 there for parts and labor of block and heads, and had to have the majority of the work re-done. Seems Mopar engines are a little different, so best to use...

Took the fuel tank out to paint the bottom of the car, but heard hard objects sloshing around. Looks like rust inside, and lots of buildup. Seen new tanks advertised online for about $200, so I am thing of purchasing rather than trying to unsuccessfully clean the tank. Anyone bought one of these...

The number on my radiator is different, maybe only the last digit. I looked a few days ago, and wrote it down, but forgot where. Will take a pic.
