Hey gang.......been a while. Wondering what ever became of my old Dart. LM23H0R221026. I sold it about 10 years ago to a member, Jim's 70 Dart. I haven't heard anything from him in the last 7-8 years and was wondering if it went to another owner or if he still has it. I am still on the lookout...

I've had a few through the years. At last count I've have 35 mopars, and 4 were slant sixes. Nothing wrong with them, just that most people don't go from a hemi to a slant.

I was a regular on this site from 2005 until around 2010. Health issues and selling my 340 dart put me in a direction away from here. I would pop back on from time to time but really wanted to get back into another A body to feel like I was home again. I had a line on a 71 Demon, a little slant...

Nice work, and you are doing it the right way...which is nice to see. Keep up the good work.

IMO, it depends on the wheels. Because they stopped using redlines in 1969, I personally think they look out of place on rallye wheels. I like them on painted wheels with dog dish caps and with the GTS style hubcaps. Also with the 5 spoke road wheels.

Every car I built has been the same, bolt it together, drive it to the industrial park(about 2 miles) and test drive the crap out of it. never lost a clutch yet.

I stopped using spray cans on engines a long time ago. I use a self etch primer and single stage enamel or urathane with the spray gun. Great coverage, ultimate shine and great durability. I have built numerous cars this way and have won many best engine awards at shows.
