So I set the timing to 11* BTDC. @ 3K RPMS I’m looking at 32-34 and with vacuum advance of 19 I’m looking at a tota of 51-53*. Does that sound about right?

It definitely affected the idle. I pulled it out to 2.5 full turns and it bogged down to 600ish rpms so it was affecting the idle and now it runs like a champ….for now haha

Finally got to looking inside the spark plugs and saw the two eyebrows so it is a 4bbl 273. It’s a 67 year so not original to the vehicle

Not sure if the fluid is related to the leak I have on the engine and it’s just dripping onto the cable or if ATF is leaking from the cable. Let me know...
