    Which is simpler to change gearing in: 8-1/4 or 8-3/4 rear end?

    Is it easier to change gearing in an 8-3/4 inch unit than the 8-1/4? A friend once told me you need a spreader to take the gears out of the 8-1/4 style, is that correct? (guide to the different rear ends: Moparts on the Web - Main Index)

    Headlight Switch - Should it pull out to turn on? 1967 Barracuda

    Does the headlight switch pull out to turn on parking lights and headlights? (It's a round knob on the left side of the instrument panel) Mine rotates but won't pull. I'm afraid to pull it too hard. Thanks,
