Thanks AJ for the reply. Yes, I do remember installing all the rollers bearings plus the last clocked one. I also used Trans-gel from Brewers to keep it all lined up. I just hate how you can't see anything once the cluster is dropped into the front input shaft. I'll give it a shot...

I've got my tranny all rebuilt not installed yet, but after reading lots of these threads you guys have me worried I may have a dislodged a front roller bearing from doing the passon drop down method. Is there any way to know if a roller dropped down the input shaft? Everything spins freely...

Anyway to slow down these paint cracks and prevent them from getting bigger on the Fastback near the quarter window? Maybe fill with some kind of epoxy to prevent water/moisture from getting under the paint? Thanks, Josh

Well, I was no expert in doing my headliner for my 67 Fastback and all I did was feel around and poke a small hole in the headliner. If I remember, its pretty easy to find all the holes for the visors and mirrors.

Do you have to change out the master cylinder push rod going from a drum to disk master cylinder?

Oh and to answer your question, I swapped the whole sunpro piece over and did not swap needles. However to make it more stock looking you can glue on the old needle or paint the new one orange.

I just did this swap on my Barracuda. On the old ammeter face plate you need to grind off the rivet that holds on the plastic piece. Remove the two screws on the new voltmeter and test fit to the old face plate. You will have to drill two small holes on the old face plate. Measure twice...

I have 4 14x6s wheels and want to put a 245 60 R 14 Tire on the back. Will they fit or do I have to have at least a 14x7" rim? They are Cragar SS Wheels. Thanks, Josh
