I believe they're different as I saw a member here was considering selling a template for cutting a standard dash to convert to rallye - as far as harnesses - I don't know, and apparently no experts here have chimed in yet.

Since you have had zero responses since 2-28, I would assume the wheel adapters aren't worth squat. If you insist on 15" - it may be a wash to either convert to BBP setup and find used wheels VS order new SBP from Vintiques ?

I put a return spring from the trans lever to the bellhousing instead of top-side, same purpose, pulls lever back forward when off the throttle.

1970 Swinger - is the dash frame the same just different instrument clusters/bezels on standard and rallye ? I am also assuming radio delete cars have the cutouts - with a blank plastic bezel ? Just asking before the swap meets - need a frame.
