1991 a 71 duster with a blown rear wheel bearing for $100. I replaced the bearings and drove it for two years. Over those two years the only repairs I did were heater core, wheel cylinders, and points. total about $200.

I have never changed a dash bulb but I think it might help if you had a large pcture of or an actual dash in front of you so you could see where the bulbs are to easier to reach them. Barring that it isn't hard to remove the entire dash and replace all the bulbs that way.
