Nope, not really sure that is the problem. And you are right, a 5/16 line should be fine. The current 5/16 line is over 40 years old, and it did sit for a while. Just want to make sure it is not the fuel line. It didn't cost a whole lot. Wish I would have changed it when the car was gutted...

Anybody want to venture a guess, or a a starting point, on why my wipers work on low speed but not on high? It is a 67 Barracuda. Has a two speed switch. The wiper motor is the kind that is parallel to the firewall, not the kind that is perpendicular to the firewall.

I am hooking up relays for my headlights (one for each headlight) and a small electric fan. Neither of the relays have fuses. Two questions: 1) Do I put the fuse between the starter relay and the relay? 2) The headlight relays are rated for 30 amps, and the fan relay is rated for 16 amps...

Likewise, and the other issue is, my aftermarket mechanical gauges are bright enough, so I would like to "even" them out some with the dash gauges.

Thanks! The carb had the orange springs, and I changed them to the pink. It helped a lot! Pretty damn easy to change out the springs. I just took it for a short cruise, and it surged slightly a couple of times at the higher rpms, but didn't a couple of other times. I pushed it to over 6000...
