Ok just for the heck of it i held up my new B&M converter to the factory flex plate thats still attached to the 2001 5.9 Magnum. it fits and the holes seem to align up. Since this is a weighted flex plate and the converter is a neutral balance, should it just hook it up and see if it runs?No...

Does B&M make a flex plate for a 2001 5.9 Magnum thats weighted? I can't seem to find one that goes past 1999. I have a good 727 with a 2400 stall TC from an older 5.2 LA and would Like to use it. If not, will I have to get a weight kit from MP and weld it onto the TC?

I just got a low mi 2001 5.9 magnum. I am retroing it into an 85 d-150. It still has the complete serpentine system in place and works fine. My question is how do i hook up this alternator (its a one wire with two wire in a small plug connector) to my older system? Dr advice please? Brian

I am in the middle of freshing up a 71 5.2. I found a small hole in the skirt. It not all the way through, but its there. Should I replace this piston? If a get just one single piston, because it a little different, will it make other things out of balance?

I found a low milage rear end from an 04 Ram 1/2 ton. It VERY cheap. It is complete with a disk brake set-up. How hard is it to change from a rear drum system to a disk? Also, this rear has a flange type yoke. Can that be adapted to a regular u-joint shaft without major buck? Brian
