318 v8, holley 4bbl, no rust, new tires, 70k original miles, ran strong when parked 2 weeks ago, needs new carb to be tuned and finish hooking up vacuum lines, I am in cincinnati Ohio and will not ship, firm on my price of 2000$ or may trade of something of interest? (maybe a jeep)

cheap to me is less than 400$ in the whole project. so yeah prolly wont be doing the heads. the 4 bbl carb and intake sound like my best option at this point. I think I may even have a 4bbl holley laying around somewhere

its set up from the factory, never been messed with as far as I know, its all stock. Its not as bad when its fully warmed up but still slips. I was hoping of some kinda quick fix :)

I just got my 74 dodge dart custom. It has a 318 in it and a 3 speed auto trans. Sometimes when your driving it, it slips out of gear It does it worse when its cold. Fluid is full and looks good. Any suggestions or does it just need a new tranny? also is a 4 speed auto trans an easy swap...
