    Back seat elimination

It's not a very good picture but this is the back of my Duster. Aluminum panel separates the trunk from the back seat area with vinyl covering the package shelf and down to where the carpet starts. Carpet covers the wheel tubs.

    Fuel Injection Fuel Pumps

The in tank pump that we'd installed in our Roadrunner attached to the original tank pick up. We did have to cut an access hole in the top of the tank to do the install but we had an extra (old tank) around that we used to make the removable cover patch. No extra sump was necessary. The setup...

    missouri redneck engine-tranny install???

Heck, I'm envious of how much space you've got there. - But I imagine I'd need some more walls to keep the cold and VARMINTS out. You're pretty close to where I hear 'Momo' hangs out!

    65 Dart w/ suicide doors

I guess it's to each his own on preferences. I'm not in the market for a 4-door myself. - And the hydraulics may have been a big investment for them, but aren't my cup of tea either. If the workmanship is good, I do admire their efforts in engineering what appears to be a clean rear suicide...

    65 Dart w/ suicide doors

If the pictures are an accurate depiction of paint I'd say they seem to have done a nice job with that. They did cheap out on the engine bay. If they'd cleaned the engine compartment up and detailed it - it would have helped. With a small block it would have been more desirable to most. I...

    I like this one!

The more I look at the picture of it, the more I think they extended the rocker panel down in a wedge. - Sort of like they built the car with a lot of rake and then skirted it.

    I like this one!

Although the door handles are shaved I can still see the door seems and roof gutter. I'm not sure what all was done to that body but it sure seems to have that wedged look.

Now, you probably don't really drive it. You just hang on and pray a lot!

    I like this one!

I don't care how fast you think you are. When that thing pulls along side you it's got to make you think you're probably not fast enough. Way cool!

    leaf spring removal and replacement

Please do not ignore Rusty's advice on the torque rate on those u-bolts. When he first posted about that a while back I thought he was joking about it making a difference on the way a car will ride. It DOES make a difference. Prior to his advice I was tightening the heck out of them. I'd...

drug home 65 cuda project ( assembly required!)

When I go to a car show I'm not super critical about the small flaws that come with driving a car. I focus on how the car is set up. Whether or not the tire/wheel combination looks right, how much innovation went into the build, how rare it might be, etc, are the things that draw me to a car...

drug home 65 cuda project ( assembly required!)

I had a friend who's wife used to examine the radiators of each car to tell which were the true daily drivers. Bugs or no bugs?

drug home 65 cuda project ( assembly required!)

I always thought that there should ba a classification at the car shows for true daily drivers. If you happen to be a guy that's put a lot of time and effort into your car and want to enjoy actually driving it, you can't compete with the trailer queens that spend their lives cooped up in...

drug home 65 cuda project ( assembly required!)

When I was younger I thought there wasn't much better out there than a 3rd gen Barracuda (70-74). Then I started to really like the 2nd gens. Now I'd like to have a 1st gen. I think it's got something to do with those big back windows...

That's a LOT of surface rust. But it does look pretty solid. I'd say it's still a really good candidate to work on. Maybe you'll want to upgrade the brake system if you're having to go through it anyway.

    Needing inspirational help!

It's hard to get yourself motivated when it seems as though you've tackled more than you can handle. As amx364 stated, "It is not a big project. Just 100 small ones. 1)The biggest problem I see for newbies is that they lack patience. Without all of the expensive tools to work like a...
