That assumes you have the ceiling height for full height lift.

Couple things I can suggest is put in twice the amount of electrical outlets than your code requires (I did!)...you'll thank me later. Also, put 2 outlets in the ceiling about center front to back, side to side, of each "bay", for electric door openers and overhead pull-down trouble lights. I...

Sometimes you don't even need a puller....put your knees behind the wheel and push up against the toe board, all while LIGHTLY tapping on the center shaft...whoosh, off it came. Ask me how I know.

I have what "72Dodge" has...5 rows of 4-4' T8 flourescents , each row on a separate switch, for a 24x36 garage....lots of light when I need it, and never one tube or ballast issue in 15 years the garage has been up.
