You may need to let the coolant purge more air that maybe trapped. Did you run it with the cap off for a while? let it get hot enough just before it decides to spew out.

It better tire fry with those 107 piston and that cam regardless of gear ratio. If it doesn’t it’s the tune. You’ll get it rolling right in short order.

Sounds unnecessary to unhook the coil. That’s what the cam lube is for. I would however, recommend buying the cheap oil priming tool. You can prime your oil system just prior to start up to ensure you got instant oil pressure. I think I paid 17 bucks at summit.

I used a few ounces of marvel mystery oil in all the cylinders and actually use two stroke gas pour some down the carb and filled the bowl. Fire it right up, let it smoke for a few it will clear right up after a few minutes if the rings, valves, and seals are still good.
