    To POR15 or Not

Use POR15 as directed then switch to POR15 Chassis black and continue undercoat. Use POR15 as directed and apply lightly with primer when tacky. This process shouldn't chip from stones or what have ya. It's not necessary to do the entire underside. Replace rot with metal.

    sandblast the whole car???

Good stuff guys! Just throwing this out there... If you are concerned about damage to the exterior panels while sandblasting, use Aircraft remover first to determine what needs to be blasted. Save media. Just be plenty sure that you have removed all of that chemical before applying primer, putty...

Threw some washers in between the hood and the bracket. Evened out everything from side to side for now. The car needs some body work but thats later down the road. Your right about scoops grabbing air like a ****. Noticed a seperation from the scoop to the hood, posted a pic below. There is...

    Scoop'd Hood

Thats mounted to a steel hood. Does'nt look like its riveted. The gut that did it, did it right. I'd rather go with a fiberglass scoop'd hood because you get more of an opening in the hood. All I can fit without destroying the structural integrity is a 15" hole. I'll shoot some pics tonight.

    67 barracuda floor rust issues

I agree. Make sure you brush or blast off some of the loose stuff. There is a rust covert/epoxy paint out there that'll help prevent further damage. If the car is indoors throw some moisture packets in there too. If outside strive to keep it dry.
