    Kudos to ....

It's annoying but just put a dab of touch up on it and be done with it. No one will ever know it's there other than you and if they do notice it, they won't care anyway.

'69 Barracuda T56 swap, floor, cross member

This step was a pain for me with the TKX. Common sense did not seem to apply the way I thought it would. Wound up just having to guess and check a few times until I got it dialed in.

Nice! We've shared some ideas in the transmission forum but I had no idea you were doing major surgery here. The quality of that spray job you did laying on your back underneath the car may be the most impressive of all lol

    Saving 71 Demon...

I had some goofiness in my car that I remedied as well. You know when you look under the dash and see wire nuts, you're in trouble. I basically just took anything that didn't work or was modified and traced the wires out and ran continuity checks to make sure I had the correct wire on each...

    67 BARRACUDA CARGO CARPET

I'll have to check again but I could have sword that my panels had a thin layer of vinyl on them even though they just looked like they were painted.

    Something followed me home..

Awesome! What was your home made booth setup like? You run a fan and filters through the plastic or did you just hang plastic around the garage and spray?

    67/68/69 cuda dilemma

How do you like that blast gun with gravity feed? I got the same one and it kept clogging on me. Even with my good filtration system. Wound up just taking the gun out of my blast cabinet and sticking it in a bucket of black oxide for blasting large pieces.

    Refurbishing my non-rallye instrument cluster

Not bad at all. More of a paint pen than a Sharpie but doing it that way seems a heck of a lot easier than trying to get that thing masked off. I might have to borrow this idea. Thanks bud.

1972 Duster Project - Back From The Pasture

Ok at least I'm not the only one struggling with it. I'm open to cutting corners at this point and just getting something down so I can forget about it. The raptor liner, is it really hard to clean like the other poster was saying?

    The Disuster

Oh no mine was on a 67 Barracuda so it was just glued right to the board originally. I didn't know they put foam in on the later models.

1972 Duster Project - Back From The Pasture

Hey I have a question. How did you go about prepping the trunk? I'm currently attempting it on my Barracuda and it just seems like a never ending project. Feels like cleaning the trunk well enough for paint is going to take as long as the rest of the build combined. Any tips on how you got it...

    The Disuster

I had some luck using a heat gun to soften the vinyl and then smearing 3m weatherstrip adhesive underneath and then stretching it out and placing books on top to keep it flat while the adhesive dried. Didn't get the small ripple effect out of some areas but overall they looked better than what I...

What Color to Paint Demon? White or Blue?

Most of your reasons for white involve saving money and getting it on the road faster. You're going to have to look at this thing for years so pick a color you're going to like in the long haul. Don't pick the easiest or cheapest because you may regret it and end up doing it all over again at...

    Refurbishing my non-rallye instrument cluster

You basically have two choices. Use chrome paint....which will just come out looking silver/aluminum. Or take send it off to get chrome vacuum plated. The tape wont work. There's no way to get it around those corners smoothly.
