I ran Isky Springs on our 340 Stockers (#3105) for several decades. If the quality is still the same = I set them at 165 on the seat and seldom saw them below 158 to 160 when I freshened them up after 50 runs.

CWC is a very high grade/quality of Cast Iron cam core. I doubt the Chinese ever heard of it or give a ****. It should be stamped into the camshaft to identify it.

A stock 340 camshaft would be a pretty good upgrade for your 318 and the are nearly giveaways sometimes.
