Lost Items from 1970 Duster 340 FM3 Pink

Nice Duster!! Regardless if it’s an orignal FM3 Duster, the good news is you would have knocked the seller price down for it not having a numbers matching drivetrain in addition to no broadcast and no fender tag. No reason why that car should be sold at an inflated price for missing all the...

Searching For Lost 1970 B7 Dart.. Blue Scat Stripe

I think this is an example of memory becoming more hazy as years go by. You hear it all the time at a show or when someone sees your car at a stop light and says ‘that thing have a Hemi in it? About 30+yrs ago my neighbours best friends sisters boyfriend had a Duster GTS with a Hemi in it. It...

Looking for my high school car

    Was this in 1984, 1994, 2004 or 2014?

    Orignal owner info

That’s really neat to be able to put some puzzle pieces together using the internet! Just think that back in the day it would have meant a lot of phone calls. Now it can be done anytime you have some spare time and using google. And if the person/family you are trying to track has an unusual...

    1973 Dart Sport 340

When did you last see it? 1981 or 2018? There’s a big difference.

Is my 1970 Duster 340 still out there?

You do a great service by tracking this stuff for the odd time this sort of thing comes up. I’ve got a not highly sought after later year A body but keep it up!

    Looking for original 340

I’m surprised that a photo of an engine on a stand with a six pack setup hasn’t been posted yet along with a statement that it’s a minimum $5k+ investment to play.

Can anyone understand Charles post? I understand we all have difficulties on certain things but, if no one can understand his posts, should we skip by his posts and carry on? Is there a solution?

Is that the typing equivalent of jibber jabber? Woah.

    340

Welcome from the lower mainland. There must be 4 good stories, over a period of time, about finding multiple 340 TA engines since they are not a dime a dozen. Are they all from TA/AAR’s for the Canadian market? If they are all complete with intakes, carbs, linkages and exhaust manifolds...

Looking for information on the restoration of my 1968 GTS in the Ft. Meyers area, 2009 ish.

Not sure how VIN searches work down in the States but is it possible to use the VIN to find out how many owners it had from when you sold it in ~1997 to now? The fewer the owners, the less chasing you’ll have to do to find out what/how it was done over the past 23 years.

    Looking for Family Duster

A 360 Duster; was it a 4spd or Auto? Good luck in the search.

    Buffalo, NY field find

The 4th car is either a ‘72 or ‘73 Dart or Scamp given the rear marker light and rear bumper. It’s not super clear but I don’t see the vent wing window chrome so it’s most likely a ‘73 Dart or Scamp.

What the heck... I'll give it a shot

My guess would be Cal-Van but I think their shops were only in the Lower Mainland?

    Broadcast Sheet VS29H1B352542

I’m pretty sure I recall seeing that Duster listed on E-bay about a year or so ago. Location was either Edmonton or Calgary so if it’s the same one you had, it only went to the States recently.

    1972 340 engine/transmission going into my car

Nice work! Great to see one of those rare ‘72 Canadian 340 Swingers get restored; keep it up!
  22. H22A4

    I believe I stumbled upon a '68 or '69 Belvedere...

That would be a significant project! I'm thinking it's a great parts car unless it was a Hemi car in which case it might be worth saving?
